staff isnt accommodting. sound mean when being asked qstions but wont prvd everything ahead of time

- we had to message the property all the time, when they could've just gave us instructions. point is- we have to coordinate with them first for us to know the answer. i think as their customer, it is inconvenient to be texting/calling them everytime we need something instead of just telling us

-staff is not accommodating. -we have to coordinate with them first for us to get the answer to our questions, such as keys/card to the property. and when we were about to use the pool, the guard stopped us as we don't have an Amenities Booking Code, when in the first place, this should have been provided by the host/staff ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. And u know what happened? we dialed the staff's number again and all of us were stucked first as guard won't allow us to use the pool unless we already have the code. --Cleanliness? 7/10. -room 6114, there's a leftover rice when we arrived - anyway thanks, its charged for experience

This was a last minute option

It was a safe location.

No taxis available at this location. No mobile phone reception inside room. Air conditioning not working well. Room had dirty food plates and load of half washed laundry

Our stay is okay. Sakto lang.

I love that there’s already kitchen utensils and other facilities and appliances that we can use during our stay. My husband love the stay since we can cook our own food.

My husband has a slight comment about the beds quality. CR was not so clean.

Good place

The facility is very nice ( just need more maintenance to keep the fresh ambiance ). Great pool. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms. The 1st room was double deck bed plus an extra bed (total of 3), the second room has a double size bed. Both air-conditioned. The unit has a kitchen, private cr, a round dining table, and a sofa. With a small flat screen tv with a cable, and a great connection of wifi. Cold and hot shower. We enjoyed the amenities.

My honest review will be...the location is a bit far from any transportations if you expect for a quick ride and a budget friendly ride since there's only private cars which was a bit pricey i must say. (But there are buses at the main road where you need to walk a bit but not advisable if you're carrying a lot of things. Specially if they are heavy.) The interior needs an update and repairs. I also think that the curtains and sofa cover needs maintenance too to keep the room fragrant and a thicker blankets. But overall was a great stay. It was wonderful actually! Thank you very much ma'am and sir.

Overall, the stay was better than I expected. We were able to use the pool which was our main goal.

Clean and quiet place to relax.

The sofa was too rough. It's showing signs of wear and tear.

It's near mall SM and also El Corso so you can found very easy food

The swimming pool it's very cold And the apartment has cockroachs If you want to leave there sure you need car or motor because it's hard to found taxi

I like it coz it's already a good price for 5pax. (It's just a little bit far from the city center)

No wifi connection in the room, The TV or even the music playlists isn't working. Clogged lavatory when we arrive, Water connection is lost every 10:30pm onwards, Aircon is not cold enough (the one in the double deck bedroom) The staff and securities has different instructions which confuses us and the securities are a bit rude in terms of communicating with the guests. And we got to pay extra for the fees in the condo aside from our payment in the unit which is not stated in the booking.

the pool was not available hours before we checked out. There was no place for us to dry our wet clothes. Only got 1 thin blanket to share. The DVD player has no remote.
