staff isnt accommodting. sound mean when being asked qstions but wont prvd everything ahead of time
- we had to message the property all the time, when they could've just gave us instructions. point is- we have to coordinate with them first for us to know the answer. i think as their customer, it is inconvenient to be texting/calling them everytime we need something instead of just telling us
-staff is not accommodating. -we have to coordinate with them first for us to get the answer to our questions, such as keys/card to the property. and when we were about to use the pool, the guard stopped us as we don't have an Amenities Booking Code, when in the first place, this should have been provided by the host/staff ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. And u know what happened? we dialed the staff's number again and all of us were stucked first as guard won't allow us to use the pool unless we already have the code. --Cleanliness? 7/10. -room 6114, there's a leftover rice when we arrived - anyway thanks, its charged for experience

This was a last minute option
It was a safe location.
No taxis available at this location. No mobile phone reception inside room. Air conditioning not working well. Room had dirty food plates and load of half washed laundry
